Yes, there is a difference between cultural appropriation and “culture appreciation.” Purchasing beaded earrings supports Indigenous artists in your community.
Please make sure to reach out and if I still have the same materials, I can remake a single earring for 50% of the cost of the original set. If an ear wire becomes separated from the earring, I can attach a new one for the cost of the ear wire. Buyer must cover the cost of shipping.
Our products are one of a kind, and in some cases materials may no longer be available, which means the earrings can not be replaced.

Yes, custom orders are welcome! I enjoy personalized orders and helping to customize stories through my beadwork.
Custom orders can range anywhere from $50 - $300+. This cost depends on the materials you would like used in the piece and the time that it will take to create the jewelry.
SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
We use Canada Post for shipping our parcels. We will provide you with a tracking number.
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Visa/Mastercard Debits.
Shipping can range anywhere from $20 - $25 depending on your location.
Orders will be shipped out between 3-6 business days and may take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
If your product is damaged, you will need to return the damaged item and cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a new one.
Please Note: Some items may not be replaceable due to no longer having the materials needed to make a replacement.
BEADWORK 101
Store them by hanging them to maintain their shape, preferably not on metal objects, as this may cause your ear wires to tarnish.
It is usual for earrings to become slightly wrinkled during transport, but if this happens, hang them upright. If hanging them upright doesn't help, straighten them, lay them flat and use your fingers to roll the beads back into shape.
While Giggy’s Beads jewellery is produced using quality beads and metals: 24kgf, Sterling Silver, Copper, and quality craft metals, natural changes to metals can occur over time. There are various ways to polish the hooks, which you can find online. A jewellery polishing cloth can be used on most metals to restore shine, and keeping your items in a plastic baggie can also help slow the process of tarnishing.
If leather earrings become curled or kinked, a flat iron can straighten them back into shape. Be careful not to make it too hot, or it can melt or ruin the leather.
As the thread may shrink, causing earrings to look gnarled. Do not bathe, swim, or do sports when wearing your jewellery and also be aware of beadwork when wearing strappy clothing, purses, seatbelts, long hair, etc., as the beads can become tangled into these things causing them to pull the strings and tear them apart.
Although we use the most high quality products and ensure all our products are waxed for long-time wear, it is important to be mindful of your earrings whilst wearing them. Avoid wearing clothes that they could get caught on or rub against (eg. lace or silk).
Due to the length of some of our earrings, they should be worn with care.
